A colorful recipe to happiness !!!

Haven't there always been times when we thought OMG why doesn't Riddhima express herself properly to Armaan...Haven't there been times when thought and got frustrated at how simply the problems between Armaan and Riddhima are and how with a little communication they could solve their problems and express their love for each other... Life isn't always easy and simple...It can be if we want to make it simple...

Just like my recipe...

Ingredients :
1. Whole Kernel Corn (Canned, Frozen..Doesn't matter - I told you its going to be simple...LOL) : 1 cup ( or depending on if you want it to be more or less corn or peppers)

2. Peppers (Or as we in India call it Cap
sicum) - Different colors would make it more colorful but you can just use the green ones if you want to... : 3 or 4

3. Onion : 1 or 2

4. Coriander

5. Green chillies

6. Jeera, Ginger and Garlic ( adding fresh will be better..But hey you can add the paste too LOL)

7. A little garam masala or coriander powd
er ( may be 2 spoons..depending on how spicy you want it)

8. Salt to taste

9. Oil ( I always add just a spoon or half a spoon...To make it healthy LOL)

If only Riddhima understood the way to mak
e Armaan happy is to show him some love, some appreciation and ofcourse you know what else ;-)
This recipe is easier than Armaan and Riddhima's love life that we have seen on the show for the past few months...

How to make it?

1. Take a dish/pan ( whay ever you want...I wont get into the technicalities LOL).
2. Add the oil and heat it.
3. Once the oil is hot add the Jeera, ginger, garlic, green chillies and fry it till golden. Add a bit of the coriander leaves here
( I always feel that frying the coriander leaves with ginger and chillies in the tadka gives it an extra flavor)
4. Then add the onions and sautee till golden brown.
5. Add the peppers and the corn and cook till s
oft.
6. Once you feel it is cooked half way add the garam masala/coriander powder. Dont add too much. Keeping it less will make the flavors of the peppers blend in well. Add the salt to taste.
7. Once its all done and cooked add the remaining coriander leaves to garnish.

Served with: Pulkas, roti, rice, or even as
a filling for tortillas...

Oh and BTW...Just incase you are in the kitchen..and need some help reaching out to things..Armaan at your service...LOL !!!

Let the fun begin !!!
